The present revision petition is filed against the order passed in

I.A.No.39 of 2018 in unnumbered A.S.C.F.R.No.3654 of 2018 on the file

of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel

for the revision petitioner brought to the knowledge of this Court that

unnumbered A.S. was subsequently numbered as 7/2019 and the same

was dismissed after full contest on 04.12.2021 by the learned

Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram and hence nothing survives for further

adjudication.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed

as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous

petition is closed.
