respondents submitted that the subject matter of challenge in both the writ

appeals pertained to suspension order passed against the appellants.

Subsequently, the departmental proceedings were conducted and final

orders have been passed. In view of the above, nothing survives for

adjudication in the writ appeals. Accordingly, the writ appeals are closed.
