Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader

appearing for the appellants submitted that during the pendency of this

Writ Appeal, there was a subsequent development whereby, pursuant to

the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, dated 18.12.2019, the

Ordinary Grade, Selection Grade and Special Grade scale of pay for the

drivers was fixed and letter No.4866/CMPC/2013-14, dated 22.01.2020

was also issued by the Government. The copy of the same was also

placed before us.
