                                  This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 47 (10) of the
                    Indian Stamp Act 1899, against the order in Va.No.31 of 2009 passed by the
                    Sub Registrar, Paramakudi, dated 17.01.2009 and confirmed by Special Sub
                    Collector in Na.Ka.Tha.Pa.No.S2/466/09, dated 31.05.2010 and the same was
                    confirmed by the Inspector General of Registrar in Pa.Mu.No.61455/N4/2010,
                    dated 20.06.2012.

                                                      JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government

Advocate stated that the Sub Registrar, Paramakudi has sent a letter to this

Court, stating that the appellant has paid the amount fixed for the stamp duty.

2. In view of the report sent by the Sub Registrar, Paramakudi and in

view of the certificate for payment of stamp duty, this Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed. No costs.
