                                                         JUDGMENT

1. Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated

03.09.2020 recorded on W.P.No.25006 of 2011. This appeal is by the

State.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General seeks permission to

withdraw this appeal, since according to him, the grievance is less

about the sustainability of the impugned order, more about - on which

amount the interest needs to be paid. He therefore seeks permission

to withdraw this appeal with a view to file appropriate application for

review / clarification before learned Single Judge. Permission as prayed

for is granted.

3. This appeal is disposed of in above terms. No costs. C.M.P.

No.10368 of 2022 would not survive.
