                              This Review Petition is filed under Order 47 Rules 1 and 2 read with
                    Section 114 of CPC, to review the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2021
                    made in C.M.A(MD)No.1012 of 2013 on the file of this Court, allow the
                    above review petition.

                                                        ORDER

It is seen that after the disposal of C.M.A(MD)No.1012 of 2013 dated

22.10.2021, the case in M.C.O.P.No.165 of 2010 was remanded back to the

file of the MACT (Principal Subordinate Court), Tirunelveli. Against the

same, the review appellant preferred this review application. In the

meanwhile, M.C.O.P.No.165 of 2010 was taken up for trial again and a fresh

order was passed by the Tribunal on 25.07.2022.

2.In view of the same, this review application is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
