This criminal revision is directed as against the order of

convicting the petitioner dated 20.03.2018 passed by the learned I

Additional District and Sessions Judge of Erode in CA.No.296 of 2017

confirming the judgment passed dated 24.10.2017 by the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode, Erode District in STC.No.293 of

2016.

2. When the matter was listed on 17.10.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered

to be listed on 19.10.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today i.e.

19.10.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this criminal revision is dismissed for non prosecution.
