                     2013 and to set aside the same.

                                                              ORDER

This criminal revision is directed as against the judgment in

Crl.A.No.24 of 2014 dated 18.06.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions

Judge at Chengalpet which confirmed the orders of the Fast Track Judicial

Magistrate at Alandur in CC.No.46 of 2013 dated 23.09.2014 and to set

aside the same.

2. When the matter was listed on 12.10.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered

to be listed on 13.10.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today i.e.

13.10.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this criminal revision is dismissed for non prosecution.
