This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 275 days in filing

the writ appeal.

2.A common order was passed in a batch of writ petitions and one

such order became the subject matter of challenge in W.A.(MD) No.1368 of

2019, the Division Bench by order dated 21.11.2019 dismissed the writ

appeal and review petition that was filed in Rev.Aplw(MD) No.56/2021 also

came to be dismissed by an order dated 04.08.2022.

3. In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in dealing

with this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the

Writ Appeal stands rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
