2.Considering the nature of the judgment made in W.A.(MD)No. 72 of

2017 and C.M.P(MD)No.633 of 2017 dated 07.09.2018, we do not find anything

to survive in this petition at this length of time and accordingly, the petition is

rejected. Consequently, connected Review Application(MD)No.SR53313 of 2018

is closed.
