                                                    JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.)

Though the Appeal is of the year 2018, notice has not been served

on the respondent and batta has not been paid by the appellant/Union of

India. Mr.V.Ashok Kumar, representing Mr.Su.Srinivasan would submit

that Mr.Su.Srinivasan is no longer a panel counsel.

2. Noticing the fact that no batta has been paid for more than four

years, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order

as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
