                     PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 and 401 of
                     Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records and set aside the order of the learned
                     III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirupattur at Vellore @ Tirupattur in
                     C.A.No.107 of 2019 on the 8th day of April 2022 confirming the Conviction
                     and Sentence order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Vaniyambadi,
                     at Vaniyambadi in STC.No.100 of 2016 on date 31.10.2019 and found the
                     revision petitioner guilty for the offences under Sections 279 and 304-A of
                     IPC in Cr.No.60 of 2016 on his file and acquit the revision petitioner.

                                                          ORDER

This Revision case has been filed to set aside the Judgment dated

08.04.2022 passed by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirupattur

at Vellore @ Tirupattur in C.A.No.107 of 2019.

2. On perusal of the case, the lower appellate court passed the

Judgment in C.A.No.107 of 2019 on 08.04.2022 itself. However, the

learned counsel for the revision petitioner has not filed the present case

before the Regular Court and filed the same before the Vacation Court

without establishing any emergency in this matter. Therefore, this Court is

not inclined to entertain this revision petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

However the revision petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh revision

petition before the regular Court on the same cause of action. Consequently,
