                                                   COMMON ORDER


                     R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

AND S.ANANTHI, J.

By a common judgment dated 24.03.2021, this Court

directed the respondents to reconsider the punishment imposed on the

petitioner and impose lesser punishment. The petitioner had suffered

atleast 13 punishment rolls.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced

six Government Orders dated 18.03.2022 and seven Government

Orders dated 23.03.2022, reducing the punishment imposed in each of

the punishment rolls.

3. The said Government Orders in our opinion are in

substantial compliance with the common order of the Division Bench.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of reduction of

punishment, he is at liberty to challenge those Government Orders.

4. The Contempt Petitions are therefore closed.
