R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.
AND S.ANANTHI, J.
By a common judgment dated 24.03.2021, this Court
directed the respondents to reconsider the punishment imposed on the
petitioner and impose lesser punishment. The petitioner had suffered
atleast 13 punishment rolls.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced
six Government Orders dated 18.03.2022 and seven Government
Orders dated 23.03.2022, reducing the punishment imposed in each of
the punishment rolls.
3. The said Government Orders in our opinion are in
substantial compliance with the common order of the Division Bench.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of reduction of
punishment, he is at liberty to challenge those Government Orders.
