                     of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

                                                      JUDGMENT

It was represented on 21.10.2021 that the counsel on record for

the appellant is dead and therefore, death memo was directed to be issued

to the appellant informing the demise of their counsel. Accordingly, the

Registry issued a death memo to the appellant.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no

representation for the appellant.

3. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for

non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected civil miscellaneous

petition is closed.
