2. This appeal has been preferred by the defendants in O.S.No.198 of

2017 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur @ Ponneri in a

suit for recovery of possession for damages.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent

Mr.R.Krishnaswamy would state that the respondents have already executed a

sale deed in favour of the appellants and hence, the prayer sought for in the

suit has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as settled out

of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
