The above Writ Appeals were filed as against the order of the

dismissal of the Review Applications filed n the Writ Petitions.

2. As per the provisions of Order 47 Rule 7 of CPC, the order of

CPC, an order of the court rejecting the application shall not be

appealable but an order granting the application may be objected to at

once by an appeal from the order granting the application or in an appeal

from the decree or order finally passed or made in the suit.

3. From the provisions of Order 47 Rule 7 of CPC, it is clear that

the Writ Appeals filed against the dismissal of the review application are

liable to be rejected.

4. In the unreported Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court

dated 21.12.2018 made in W.P. No.14553 of 2017 [M/s.Parsn

Medicinal Plants Pvt. Ltd. and another v. Indian Bank and others]

the Division Bench of this Court, following the ratio laid down by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Judgments reported in 1994(2) SCC 753

[ Shankar Motiram Nale v. Shiolalsing Gannusing Rajput] and 2004

(13) SCC 677 [ M.N. Haider and others v. Kendriya Vidyalaya

Sangathan and others] held that the appeal filed against the order of

dismissal fothe Review Application is not maintainable under Order 47

Rule 7 CPC.

5. It is also pertinent to note that a Special Leave Petition in

S.L.P. (C) No.5971 of 2019 filed aginst the order made in W.P.No.14553

of 2017 was also dismissed by the Apex Court on 08.03.2019 and the

Review Petition in R.P.(C) No.1467/2019 in SLP (C) No.5971 of 2019

ws also dismissed by the Apex Court on 09.07.2019.

6. The ratio laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in

W.P. No.14553 of 2017 [ cited supra ] squarely applies to the facts and

circumstances of the present case.

7. Following the said ratio and also the provisions of Order 47

Rule 7 CPC, the above Writ Appeals filed against dismissal of the

Review Applications are dismissed as not maintainable. No Costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
