                                                 JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.)

Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the appellant

submitted that the petitioner Mr.C.S.Venkataraman died during the pendency

of this appeal on 20.12.2021 and thereafter in spite of repeated steps being

taken to contact the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner, no

response is forthcoming. Placing on record the said submission made by the

learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed for

abatement. No costs.
