                    in O.S.No.518 of 2012 dated 30.10.2013 on the file of the Court of the IV

                    Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore.

                                                      JUDGMENT


                            This Appeal has been filed by the appellants to set aside the Judgment

                    and Decree dated 30.10.2013 made in O.S.No.518 of 2012 on the file of

                    the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore.



                            2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned

                    counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials placed

                    on record.



                            3. This Court, by its order dated 27.10.2021, at the request of the

                    learned counsel appearing for both the parties, has referred this matter to

                    the District Mediation Centre attached to the District Court, Coimbatore.

                    On 08.12.2021, both the parties along with their respective counsel have

                    appeared before the District Mediation Centre, Coimbatore, wherein, they

                    have settled their dispute between themselves and entered into a

                    compromise. Pursuant to the same, a Joint Memo of Compromise has been

                    filed by them.

                            4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both

                    sides, recording the Joint Memo of Compromise, this Appeal stands

                    disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memo of Compromise, which shall

                    form part of the Decree. No costs.
