                     Prayer: This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 14A(2) of
                     the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 2015 as
                     Amended by Act 1 of of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the
                     order passed in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.No.37 of 2019 dated
                     21.07.2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special
                     Court for trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai in Crime No.10 of
                     2018 on the file of the second respondent police and set aside the same as
                     illegal.
