                                                      ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the

charge cheet in C.C .No. 76/2017, on the file of the learned District Munsif

cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the

learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent

submitted that after completion of trial in C.C.No.76 of 2017, the accused

were acquitted vide judgment dated 05.10.2021.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is

dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions

are closed.
