(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.)

The learned Counsel for the appellant circulated a letter

requesting the Registry to list the Writ Appeal under the caption “for

withdrawal”.

2.Today when the Writ Appeal is taken up, the learned Counsel

for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ

Appeal and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for

the appellant, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However,

there is no order as to costs.
