Seeking to review the judgment dated 03.02.2022 in O.S.A.No.

212 of 2017, this review application has been filed.

2. Heard the learned advocate for the review applicants.

3. Learned counsel for the review applicants submitted that

the rate of interest fixed at 9% per annum from the date on which

the amounts of Rs.40,00,000/-, Rs.2,12,000/- and Rs.1,79,995/-

respectively were paid till the date of payment may be reduced to

reasonably lower level.

4. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record in

the judgment sought to be reviewed, which is sine qua non for

maintaining the review application. Therefore, the review application

stands dismissed. No costs.
