Though the learned counsel for the appellants is present, he seeks

adjournment. It shows that he is not ready to argue the appeal and wants to

keep the appeal pending. Under this circumstances, this Court has no other

option except to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is

dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
