                                                   JUDGMENT

Though the learned counsel for the fourth respondent would

submit that the fourth respondent died way back in the year 2021, within 90

days any steps has not been taken to bring on record the legal

representatives of the deceased fourth respondent. Therefore, the Appeal

Suit is dismissed as against R4 as abated. None appeared on behalf of the

appellants. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs.
