                     Prayer: The Civil Suit has been filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original
                     Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C. 1908, praying

                     (i)directing the partition of the Schedule mentioned property by metes and
                     bounds and allotting 1/3rd share in the Schedule mentioned property to the
                     Plaintiff and putting the Plaintiff in separate possession of one such share;


                     (ii)directing the Defendants 1 and 2 to render accounts and pay the Plaintiff
                     1/3rd share in the past and future mesne profits in respect of the Schedule
                     mentioned property from 05.07.2011till the date of actual payment with
                     interest at 12% p.a thereon and till the Plaintiff is put in separate possession
                     of her one third share in the Plaint Schedule property;


                     (iii)directing the Defendants 1 and 2 to pay cost of this Suit.

(This case has been heard through video conference)

The suit for partition is compromised and a joint compromise memo dated

02.09.2021 has been filed by the parties. All the three parties appeared

along with their respective counsels in the virtual court.

2.This Court is satisfied about the compromise entered into between the

parties and compromise recorded and the suit is decreed in terms of the

compromise.

3.The Registry is required to draw a decree accordingly. No costs.
