The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement

seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt Petition at

the SR stage. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at the SR

stage with liberty to file an independent suit.
