                                  Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                     praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to
                     survey the property comprised in S.F.No.267/1A and 264/3A of Thottapadi
                     Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District in the light of the
                     Judgment of this Court made in the order dated 05.10.2020 in W.P(MD)
                     No.13465 of 2020 and the proceedings of the Commissioner of Survey and
                     Settlement, Chennai dated 28.05.2021 and fix boundary stones by
                     considering the application and representation of the petitioner herein dated
                     04.08.2020 and 30.09.2021 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

                                                          ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing

the respondents herein to survey the property comprised in S.F.Nos.267/1A

and 264/3A of Thottapadi Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District

in the light of the Judgment of this Court made in the order dated

05.10.2020 in W.P(MD) No.13465 of 2020 and proceedings of the

Commissioner of Survey and Settlement, Chennai, dated 28.05.2021 and fix

boundary stones by considering the application and representation of the

petitioner herein dated 04.08.2020 and 30.09.2021 within a reasonable time

as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without

expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent

is directed to consider the application and representation of the petitioner

herein dated 04.08.2020 and 30.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the

petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of

hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on

payment of requisite fees, if any to be paid.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No

costs.
