                based upon the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2021.

                                                     ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus,

directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner

dated 28.10.2021 to register the Judgment and Decree dated 27.04.2016

passed in O.S.No.173 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arni,

Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,

Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for

the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to

present the document, which is intended to be registered, before the third

respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to

consider and register the same, if it is otherwise in order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as

to costs.
