                              Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure
                     Code, to allow this appeal by setting aside the judgment and decree dated
                     28.02.2019 in A.S.No.12 of 2018 passed by the learned Principal District
                     and Sessions Court at Thiruvarur, by modifying the Judgment and decree
                     dated 23.12.2016 passed in O.S.No.19 of 2014 by the learned Subordinate
                     Judge of Thiruvarur.

                                                       JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellants submitted that

an amicable settlement has been made between the parties. Therefore, he

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and to that

effect, he has also filed a memo dated 02.02.2021. The said memo was

recorded by this Court.

2.Recording the above said memo dated 02.02.2021 submitted by

the learned counsel for the Appellants, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition

is closed.
