                                                    JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.)

The issue involved in this writ appeal is already covered by an order,

dated 26.02.2021 in W.A.(MD)No.1629 of 2018, wherein, we have held that the

past service of the first respondent / writ petitioner, while working as a Village

Karnam, on a part time basis cannot be reckoned, in view of the existence of a

separate set of rules providing for computing pension.

2. In such view of the matter, the writ appeal stands allowed. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
