                Prayer: Civil Suit is filed under Order 4 Rule 1 of O.S.Rules R/W Order 7
                Rule 1 CPC and Section 20 of the Specific Relief Act 47/63 a) to direct the
                defendant to execute and register the sale deed in favour of the plaintiff, or his
                nominees or his agents, in respect of the property, House, Ground and Premises
                bearing present Door No.52, Angappa Naicken Street, Chennai – 600 001, in an
                extent of 891 sq.ft bearing OS.No.2705, RS.No.3447/1 (Old RS.No.3447 part)
                Block No.30, Chennai Fort, Tondiarpet Taluk, North Chennai. More
                particularly described in the schedule hereunder and hand over vacant
                possession there of to the plaintiff on receipt of the balance sale consideration
                and in default direct the Registrar of this Hon'ble Court to execute and register
                the sale deed in respect of the suit property in favour of the plaintiff with
                possession and direct the defendant to pay costs of this suit to the plaintiff.

                                                   JUDGMENT

Both sides counsel appeared through video conferencing.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that she informed

her client to come and give evidence, but, the plaintiff has not turned up and

hence, she submitted to pass appropriate orders.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2011 and

even though several opportunities were given to the plaintiff for adducing

evidence, he has not turned up, the Civil Suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
