                                                      ORDER

This revision is directed against the contested decree in O.S.No.84 of

2005, dated 28.11.2013.

2.This revision is clearly an abuse of process of Court. The Honourable

Supreme Court in the case of Virudhunagar Hindu Nadargal Dharma

Paribalana Sabai and others vs Tuticorin Educational Society and others

reported in (2019) 9 SCC 538, has categorically held that when there is a

remedy by way of appeal, this Court shall not exercise its jurisdiction under

Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside legally passed decrees of Civil

Courts. Hence, this revision is dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to file an

appeal, if they are so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petitio is closed.
