Challenging the order dated 12.07.2012 made in W.P.No.26441

of 2008, the present writ appeal has been filed.

2. There is no representation on the earlier occasion and,

therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 09.06.2021 under

the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no

representation on behalf of the appellant and thus, the writ appeal is

dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
