                     Judgment and Decree dated 27.07.1999 passed in A.S. No.258 of 1996
                     on the file of the learned First Additional District Judge cum the Chief
                     Judicial Magistrate, Erode is so far as decreeing the suit as against the
                     appellants and thereby modifying the judgment and decree passed by the
                     Sub Judge, Bhavani in O.S. No.129 of 1995, dated 02.08.1996.
