                                                          ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the

judgment dated 10.01.2020 passed by learned II Additional Sessions

Judge, Puducherry in Criminal Appeal No.9 of 2019 confirming the

judgment dated 21.02.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate,

Mahe in STC.No.1652 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner/accused has already undergone the sentence imposed against

him and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter

and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision case.

3.Recording the submission of the the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this Criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
