Mr.Gopinath, representing M/s.Arunachalam Associates, learned

counsel would submit that M/s.Arunachalam Associates were appointed

by the Legal Services Authority to represent the appellant in this matter.

M/s.Arunachalam Associates, counsel on record for the appellant had

sent a notice to the appellant seeking instructions in the matter. The said

letter has been returned with an endorsement appellant is dead on

11.03.2020. The said letter is recorded by this Court. Since no steps

have been taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the

deceased sole appellant, this Second Appeal shall stand dismissed as

abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
