This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated

23.02.2012 made in W.P.No.4360 of 2006 by a learned Single Judge of this

Court.

2. When the matter was called, learned Counsel for the 1st

respondent would submit that the Writ Petition in W.P.No.4360/2006 filed

by the 1st respondent against the order not paying the subsistence allowance

having become infructuous, the Writ Appeal may be dismissed as

infructuous.

3. Recording the said statement of the learned Counsel for the 1 st
