The writ appeal has been filed against the order dated 30.11.2018

made in W.P.No.15306 of 2016.

2. As mentioned in the earlier order dated 30.06.2021, the

representation of the appellant has been considered by the authorities

and it was rejected on 25.09.2019 and a copy of the same has also been

received by the appellant/writ petitioner on 06.11.2019. Therefore,

nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant/writ

petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Appeal.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned

counsel for the appellant is also directed to send an e-mail to this effect

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
