Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also undertakes to send an e-mail in

this regard to the Registry of this Court by way of making endorsement.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the

petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, C.M.A(MD).SR.No.29439 of 2020 is rejected,

at the S.R stage itself.
