The writ petition and the appeal are utterly misconceived. The

appellant seeks an enhanced post despite having been given a

compassionate appointment. There is no right that the appellant can

assert. The writ petition has been appropriately dismissed.

W.A.No.1130 of 2020 is dismissed. However, there will be no order as

to costs.
