                                                 JUDGMENT

The Original Petition in O.P.No.9 of 2013, seeking for the

grant of Letters of Administration of the Will, is converted into

Testamentary Original Suit.

2. Today, when the suit is taken up for hearing, there was no

representation on behalf of the plaintiff / petitioner. The learned counsel for

the first defendant alone present. Documents perused. Inspite of repeated

adjournments, even after showing the name of the plaintiff in the cause list

and also, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", none have

been appeared on behalf of the plaintiff / petitioner. Further, the plaintiff /

petitioner did not take steps to implead the legal representatives of the

deceased first defendant. Hence, this Testamentary Original Suit is

dismissed for default. However, there is no order as to costs.
