in I.A. Nos.81 & 80 of 2017 in O.P. No.4664 of 2013.

for either side.
3.A perusal of the interim order of maintenance would show that
when the respondent wife has filed the above I.A. Nos.81 & 80 of 2017
in O.P. No.4664 of 2013 seeking a direction to the appellant to pay an
interim monthly maintenance of Rs.40,000/- to the minor child
Hrishikesh and to pay the litigation expenses of Rs.50,000/- to the
respondent, pending disposal of the O.P., the learned VII Additional
Principal Judge, Chennai, considering the claims and counter claims
made by both parties and holding that the appellant herein has
averred in his counter that he is working in a private concern and
earning Rs.2,00,000/- per month, directed the appellant to pay a sum
of Rs.25,000/- per month towards education, food, clothing, medical
and other expenses to the respondent and her son and Rs.10,000/-
towards litigation expenses to the respondent from the date of
petition, namely, 10.01.2017.
4.Since the above interim order granted by the learned VII
Additional Principal Judge, Chennai directing the appellant to pay a
sum of Rs.25,000/- per month towards education, food, clothing,
medical and other expenses to the respondent and her son and
Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses to the respondent seems to be

reasonable and the same is only an interim arrangement, we find no
error or infirmity in the said I.A. Nos.81 & 80 of 2017 in O.P. No.4664
of 2013. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed. Consequently, C.M.P.
