Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has

instructions to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal,

W.A.No. SR 86220 of 2017, is dismissed as withdrawn at the SR stage

itself. Consequently, C.M.P.No.19252 of 2017 seeking to condone the

delay in preferring the appeal is also dismissed. There will be no order

as to costs.
