                 Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.83 of
                 1998 on the file of the Additional District Judge cum Chief Judicial
                 Magistrate at Pudukottai dated 15.07.1998 confirming the judgment and
                 decree made in O.S.No.100 of 1989 on the file of the District Munsif Court,
                 Aranthangi dated 12.08.1993.
