                                                     JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J.)

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the writ appeal

has become infructuous.

2. In view of the said submission, the writ appeal, W.A.No. SR

72963 of 2006, stands dismissed as infructuous at the SR stage.

Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2006 seeking condonation of delay in filing

the appeal stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
