The order impugned is dated 6.2.2020. At any rate, it is only an

interim order.

2. The real grievance of the appellant appears to be that the writ

petition has not been taken up after the initial stage. The pandemic

intervened and the regular business of this Court was disrupted.

3. There is no doubt that if the appellant mentions the matter

before the appropriate Bench by citing urgency, the appellant's matter

may be given precedence.

4. The order impugned does not call for any interference.

Accordingly, W.A.No.1014 of 2020 is disposed of without any

interference. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.12421 of 2020 is

closed.
