This appeal is heard through video-conferencing today.

2. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant

that the order dated 21.12.2009 passed in W.P.No.15384 of 2001 has been

implemented and all the benefits have been given to the Writ Petitioner.

Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal and he has

filed a memo, dated 25.02.2021 to that effect.

3. Recording the memo, dated 25.02.2021 and the submission of the

learned Standing Counsel for the appellant, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as

having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
