                 Code, to set aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No.2 of 1995 on the file of the
                 learned IInd Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 16.02.1998 confirming
                 the judgment and decree in O.S.No.309 of 1993 on the file of the Principal District
                 Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, dated 30.11.1994.
