                                                      JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

This is another avoidable appeal.

2. The writ petition appears to have been dismissed in limine,

and rightly so.

3. The writ petitioner was dismissed from service by an order

of December 15, 2004. Several representations, beginning 2007,

were made and earlier writ petitions seeking to challenge the order

of dismissal stood dismissed.

4. It is in such circumstances, that the Writ Court perceived

the present writ petition instituted in 2018 to be completely without

basis, since it was carried 14 years after the date of dismissal. The

writ petition was appropriately not entertained. No ground is made

out to indicate how the order impugned dated July 13, 2018 suffers

from any infirmity. The writ petitioner has remained out of service

for nearly 16 years now and a quietus has to be given to the

matter.

W.A.No.313 of 2021 is dismissed. Since the matter pertains

to the dismissal of an employee, no costs are imposed.
