Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks

permission to withdraw the writ appeal.

2. Accordingly, W.A.No. SR 15742 of 2018 is dismissed as

withdrawn at the SR stage. Consequently, C.M.P.No.4932 of 2018

seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal stands dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
